Wenn es um Kundenbindung geht, wird meist allein an die Vertriebsabteilung gedacht. Dabei kann hier das Zusammenspiel aus unterschiedlichen Abteilungen, deren Fachwissen und Ressourcen, zu gro?en Erfolgen führen. So k?nnen mit dem Marketing sehr spezifische und Zielgruppen angepasste Kundenbindungsprogramme entstehen. Die Produktabteilung kann eigene Tools entwickeln und für den jeweiligen Kunden anpassen: bspw. Tools fürs Lieferantenmanagement, bei dem eine weitere Service-Abteilung integriert werden kann, oder ein Tool zur Sicherstellung von Compliance, wo der Vertrieb eng mit Legal zusammenarbeitet.

One of the ways to accomplish 1 to 5 is to conduct scheduled performance reviews with your customers. Here are some agenda items to consider: 1. Review agreed upon goals that were set previously. What was accomplished and what is still in process. 2. Document your service and support activities. Include time invested if available. 3. Present quantified value (ROI) provided as well as subjective ones. 4. Ask the customer to rate you and your company’s service and products. 5. Lastly and most importantly, set new improvement goals and objectives. It’s hard for your customer to consider or entertain another supplier while you have on-going projects in the works
