Ensure your entire company and culture revolves around willing and educated embrace of GMP. Pathogen control begins with culture. People. It can’t be appliqué or performative or scale will be more of a punishment than reward. Risk mitigation must be everyone’s role and function in some manner inside the facility. Grudging or dismissive attitude in a single staff can destroy work of hundreds and cost millions. Ensure you’re a “quality” centric org before embarking. With lab testable metrics

be sure of the orders for ex agar and hardened before you start. Scale up would be first best if you can plug in and play in a incubator or a lab with spare capacity, there are several of them around when you really reach a capacity issue, still push for efficiency and then last option is invest in scale up Never scale up and sit with spare capacity...very bad for your RoI
