In spite of the inputs being the same, get ready for the outcomes and takeaways being varied. Mentors and Coaches should be recognized for helping others grow. Even though most (if not all) companies "require" senior employees to mentor and coach others, they are not trained to do so. They are also not recognized to take coaching more seriously. To scale this effort, proper recognition systems need to be in put in place.
