1 Assess your RPA maturity

The good news is that while everyone's has unique challenges ... those challenges are often variations of challenges solved before, somewhere else, with automation. Both the RPA tools and the experts wielding them have amassed digital "libraries", "warehouses" etc. of solutions to similar challenges that you are facing. So it's quite common to "lift", "shift" and "tweak" solutions from one geography to another and or one function or department to another. Re-usable scripts (code) and re-usable process components are they way to go. Just make sure they are stored and tagged appropriately so they are easy to locate. ?? Like to support this

An Automation COE aligned to the company vision and hence blessed by the Leadership is the starting point. After initial feat dipping in line with the company goals, establishing the COE with the right tools which enable ideation, quick execution, right governance, incentives to automate, IT oversight, security policies, guardrails put in and a clearly defined maintenance mechanism is the key to success. If the above mentioned aspects are in place, then replicating it across regions and business lines becomes much more easier.

If you want to scale RPA across different geographies, you need to adopt a global-local approach.
