En una ocasión se implementó en el lugar de trabajo un actualizador de software para toda la plataforma. Un sábado se actualizó el sistema telefónico (PBX) y como lo comenté, algunos directorios cambiaron entre ellos el que correspondía al controlador para llamadas internacionales. Una ejecutiva fué quién reportó el fallo y fué necesario ir en día domingo a resolverlo. Encontramos una versión nueva instalada pero mal implementada: la actualización requería que el controlador estuviera en la nueva ruta de directorio pero no se creó por lo que el controlador nueva no se pudo instalar y en la fase de limpieza la ruta de directorio vieja aún estaba ahí pero no el controlador viejo... manos a la obra y a resolver se ha dicho.
