In my experience to resolve the conflicts is going with a Pilot Phase for at least 45 days to check that works best for both the parties. During Pilot phase there's no pressure of closing deals successfully. This eradication of pressure keeps you through a fair research and analysis of what works best and what things to adapt according to the audience's choice. This way most of the conflicts are resolved, and teams get a chance to focus on quality work with detail analysis.

It's a best practice to have a written plan ahead. Of course, it should be dynamic to welcome errors and make changes accordingly. Consider the following points while drafting a plan: 1. Goal of the campaign 2. List of Parties/Teams to be involved 3. 2 selected people to take the charge of approval 4. List of tasks to be done by each person individually 5.
