This high level of transparency not only helps prevent corruption but also builds trust among the people, as everyone can see where the money is coming from and going to in their government

Corruption is an ethical and moral issue. Therefore, coupling education with holistically transparent governance is the best option. Education shall start at as young as 4 years old and enhanced throughout lifetime. Most corruptions are done by smart people in power. Hence, integrating this topic in each major subjects at higher learning will form a correct perception and mentality as how lack trust and honesty is bad for individual and society. In long term, offering courses to public at all walks of life, will create a good anti-corruption mentality. For remediation steps, political will and regulations is pertinent. Utilising social accountability standards as an indicator for business opportunities often shows faster results.
