Each person should have a learning plan. My learning plan is aligned both for my personal development and also for the organization. For example If you see there.is a gap in inventory management systems which is needed for the organization we can then show how you can contribute with some additional training.

Whenever I start a new engagement, I create a quarterly accomplishment spreadsheet to help me track the tasks that I’ve accomplished, what I’m currently working on, and what tasks need more support or resources. As you track the progress of each task you should have their goal and deadlines that can help you measure success. Start to analyze your tasks to identify common road blocks. Are there certain tasks that are always delayed? Are there tasks that seems to always require outside support? Identifying these trends can help lay a good foundation to leadership in order to access more training/education.
