Transparency is the Key... if everything is clear then employee engagement would be more active, we can welcome new ideas if given a proper platform to express. Micro managing n Zero Support will never help. Instead give a free hand without limitations we can get the desired results, Involving them , Appreciating & Recognising efforts play a huge role. A small pat or a an appreciation mail makes wonders. TRANSAPARENCY increases PRODUCTIVITY and so the RESULTS

Employee Engagement is one of the most important aspect of managing manufacturing shop floor environment. It starts from the top leadership team, wherein management understands the specific needs and expectations of their team members and develop precise measures to cater to the emotional needs of an employee. Engagement activities should revolve around the concept of making the employees feel one part of an extended family i.e. the organisation, such that they view it as a part of their family and not an obligation.
