One thing i have found useful is to map expectations in both personal and professional life. I find that clear goals, individual assignments between coaching sessions, and a tight follow up on the progress is the most important aspect. It helps create momentum and motivation.

If there is a large percentage of executives changing and the whole leadership team is impacted, I would suggest revisiting the organizational goals, vision and mission and then looking at opportunities for improvement that fit within those. Embedding continuous improvement as an organizational value ensures it is prioritized and thought about throughout whatever the sit ion periods a company or individual faces.
