Pro tip - do not forget to include buffer time for task completion! 10-20% for routine tasks; 50% for complex/new tasks.
Heading towards multiple task at one time is not difficult if you do no plan your path to achieve the success. Planning is important but more important to prioritise your work and schedule accordingly. Every job or task has a timeline to deliver, so prioritise the task and schedule accordingly.
