Success will come from learning, developing, growing and applying knowledge and skills, and eventually becoming a subject matter expert in our field. Our time is limited so we must make a list of priorities and to-do list. Then analyse them and make an execution plan. The best tool to use is the ABCDE Model of Time Management. A-Must Do B-Could Do C-Nice to Do D-Delegate E-Eliminate Another tool is Pareto Principle, 80/20 Rule to see which task will have the greatest impact. We should check the available resources and make the best use of resources for the benefit of the organisation and our career development.

Until and unless something is very urgent or important then in long term you can apply this. #1 First segregate which task is helping you to energies you (mentally or physically) both needed in different cases. So something that energies your mind it can be something you really enjoy that should be on top priority list. So that other tasks will be followed by easily. Same like that something which is so important to you but drains your energy should be on last. (There can be ways to cope up) #2 Something which is align to your long term goal it should come next.

If a tree falls in the woods, does it make a sound? If nobody knows, nobody will help. You have to let people who partner with you in on where you want to be as a future version is themselves. Note, not everyone will be able to help and many will try to bash/hate on you. On the flip side, those who support you normally stay with you.
I love the idea of a "personal board of advisers". We can view ourselves as a business developing a diverse board of advisers who are invested in our success. So, at every level, we can develop relationships with multiple mentors, creating our board of advisers. We can include different roles: industry experts, supporters, honest critics, accountability partners, etc.. At the same time, it's a wonderful way to build meaningful relationships with people we admire and care about.
Part of successfully managing a team is providing useful insight into each member's performance. Not only does this help people improve, but it also improves your standing as a manager because people respect someone who gives honest and actionable feedback. This can be part of a more structured performance review as a regular part of your workflow, but preferably both. Regardless of the method, learn how to effectively give and receive feedback. Feedback does not always have to be constructive. It's also important to learn when to use positive feedback and what types of feedback to avoid.
Document your goals either on paper or electronically. Share them with others for an accountability boost! Celebrate your milestones and progress to create momentum!
Personal branding. You are more than an organization. While an organization’s brand value can add to yours, do jot underestimate the power of your personal brand and the importance of building one. What skills do you want to be know for? What values do you stand for? Organizations are only a platform for you to create an impact, personal brand is what delivers the impact.
Consistency is key and consistency is king. If you are consistent and you don't give up you will get there. If you also learn and adapt you will get there even faster. If you are comfortable with failing you will be able to iterate very fast. Keeping this in mind will give you all the ingredients to be successful.
Build your support system. A network of people - peers, former managers, professional friends - that genuinely want you to succeed. And that are not afraid to help you seeing the inconvenient truths.
It’s important to classify priorities as (a) short-term, (b) medium-term, (c) long-term - and the first two need to align with the third one. These priorities then need to broken down into weekly, subsequently ‘everyday action points’ that go super granular. And while there are hundreds of softwares to record and track this, I’d just put it on a Google Sheet & then very rigorously track self!
