Regularly communicate safety guidelines, conduct virtual training, and ensure IT infrastructure supports secure remote work. For factory Establishments always emphasize safety through comprehensive training, regular equipment inspections, & hazard assessments. Implement robust safety protocols, provide personal protective equipment, & conduct frequent safety drills. Provide ergonomic workstations, break facilities, and address concerns through an open-door policy. Continuously involve employees in safety initiatives to create a shared commitment to a secure work environment.

2 Implement the measures

Once you have a clear picture of the risks and the gaps in your safety system, you need to implement the appropriate measures to eliminate or minimize them. First- safety is not or should not be a priority. It must be integral in the company culture. Second- safety is all about the employee and their needs. This must not only be communicated from the top down but visibility demonstrated within the organization. Lastly- any employee that places production, profits or efficiency above safety should be coached or removed from their position they hold over the work processes.
