This strategy balances adaptability, focus, caution, clarity, and personal well-being, guiding you through uncertainty effectively.

For uncertain times, nothing better than a good implemented, proactive risk management process that looks to the future, identifying and evaluating possible events that could have adverse impacts. In addition to this, it is essential that you are fully aware of your strengths and weaknesses.

This is a beautiful question ..What ever life and unpredictability is there there are some things you have to be very consistent or certainly a dominant part of your being ..For example my volunteering work is fixed from 5 to 830,930 to 1130 and 230 to 430 . This i try my best not to change . i communicate this to my colleagues ,family & team .Apart from this 2 hrs family time ,i don't allow to intrude .. .This helps clearly to play around the remaining time , i have to modify or adapt with the challenges of life and work .So once the priorities are clear to the heart, mind follows and supports your decision . I recommend a transparant process that is known and adopted in the organization. Starting from an annual plan each quarter a resources and financial update is useful. Based on that guidance can be given to the team on the what the available capacity is. In the past we implemented a adapted OKR framework to signal the priorities of the quarter. Assesment of projects (less is more) was done based on the forementioned input and then decision was taken (strategic fit/focus fit and benefit versus effort)
