An efficient approach to frame the insights a research works have yielded is to shape a speech for non-experts with scientific results and the one for experts with simple examples. This allow to link research results to real world challenges of understand and use research Insights. Conversely, the real world challenges further check the coherence between research results, questions, hypothesis and others. That's because a research is suppose to propose an ascending solution for a real world problem.

Admitting you have a problem is the first step towards recovery, right? Same is true with bias. We have to admit that there is no perfect experiment, no perfect interpretation, and no perfect comparison. All experiments are flawed, and we just have to admit that up front. More importantly, we have to think critically about the specific flaws and what their implications are with regards to the data.

The final part of presenting your primary research findings is to provide recommendations and suggestions for further research. Recommendations are practical or actionable steps that you or others can take based on your findings. Suggestions are ideas or questions that you or others can explore further in future research. It's YOUR findings. Tell your story. My wife is an artist. She draws lovely little comic strips based on her daily life. Now that she's married, her comics are more about my vagaries at home. "Hun, how do you consistently get people to laugh at your comics?" I asked her one day. "That's easy," she replied instantly. "Let's say you burnt our dinner because you left the pasta on while watching The Bear. Annoying as it is, it's also ironic. I know my audience is going to enjoy this. I have a picture in my head and draw. Even though it's from MY perspective, I draw for my audience." There you go. Know your audience. It's YOUR results. YOU identified the gaps. YOU addressed them. YOU found something no one else did. Tell your story well.

Be as succinct as possible when describing your results. Bias is a very human phenomenon, and most of us have it without being aware of it. However, when you strictly limit the words you are using, it becomes harder and harder to introduce bias. This little trick forces you to focus nearly 100% on stating the results w/ out too much interpretation and potential to introduce bias.
