I have been in Sales and Business Development for more than forty years. I started in Sales for an industrial company in The City of Industry in CA. I sold die cut neoprene/silicone/Poron/rubber gaskets, conveyor belts, heat sink materials, etc. My next job, I sold CBX Phone systems built by ROLM. Next, Consulting Services. After that, Project Management Construction Services. And now, I work with Commercial Real Estate Brokers when they have a client who needs to, or wants to, consider an office or industrial build to suit. My past positions don't have a lot in common. But my approach to success in each does: 1. Stay Curious 2. Be Humble 3. Make Friends 4. Solve problems Keep it simple my friends.
