Also finding that cheerleader on the front lines can expedite adoption of the mentoring and help to break down those barriers. Once the cheerleader has buy in, they can help identify benefits that you might not have been able to identify or communicate to others on the front line in a way that you cannot. It makes it easier to communicate the benefits when you have a team of corporate supporters, yourself, and a front line teammate all communicating the benefits of the change.
