It's that one thing you're passionate about, the stuff that sets your soul on fire. It's your secret sauce, your ace in the hole. Tailor your words, let your true self shine, and speak in a way that makes folks sit up and listen. There a three items that can take me off topic... 1) Nervousness...which will lead to rambling and being unfocused or going off on unrelated elements SOLUTION: Practice, Practice, Practice and than if you think you got it, Practice some more 2) Focus...stay with your topic SOLUTION: create a story that the audience can relate to and then add your view point, make clear its yours 3) Takeaway: fizzle out at the end SOLUTION: summarize your speech in one sentence to leave the audience thinking and looking for parallels in their experience

On ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde ! C’est la première chose à intégrer ! Puis : on ne peut pas parler à tout le monde non plus. Ce qui valide une expertise c’est conna?tre son champs de compétences comme ses limites. J’ai rencontré beaucoup de jeunes conférenciers prêts à tout pour donner des conférences, même sur des sujets… qu’ils ne ma?trisent pas ?? Conna?tre son public, c’est conna?tre ses questions, savoir ce qu’il vit parce que tu connais le chemin, c’est conna?tre aussi leur vocabulaire, leur sémantique, les enjeux de leur domaine d’activité. Un expert est un professionnel qui a ciblé avec précision son expertise. Il en va de même pour le public. Plus vous le connaissez, plus le discours sera puissant.
