Diferencia entre logro y función es en el término verbal. Ejemplo: desarrollar plan de acción, esto sería una función. Logro: Desarrollé plan de acción consiguiendo incrementar un 5% las ventas en 2 meses. Esto sería un logro. Es importante destacar que en el cv la revisión de la redacción y el uso de términos verbales para destacar áreas de desarrollo

En mi opinión, los "verbos de acción" un concepto un poco extra?o, partiendo por la idea de que todos los verbos son de acción. Los ATS no filtran tu CV según "verbos de acción", de hecho no son herramientas muy sofisticadas. Sólo extraen la información d tu CV para incluirlo en una base de datos. Una vez en la base de datos, cuando el reclutador le pide al sistema que filtre postulaciones, no una verbos para la búsqueda sino que conceptos técnicos. Un reclutador no pon un filtro de "desarrollo de estrategias inclusivas para... ", sino que va a filtrar por líneas de conocimiento técnico. Por esto el CV siempre debe ir bien redactado y usar los verbos adecuados, pero no por el ATS, sino que para llamar la atención del reclutador.
