Having an easy to use ATS is of utmost importance. Mobile friendly ATS is of paramount importance in India as a larger job applicant population has access to mobile phones compared to laptops and desktops. UATs should always prioritize 2 things 1. Ease of Access 2. Ease of Use Of course there should be a full disclosure on how the data collected will be put to use.

One of the key considerations in selecting our partner was the ATS component and how the journey from Applicant to Hire for candidate onboarding is processed. I know the LinkedIn prompt here is asking me to give advice on how to integrate the different TA tools you have, such as e-signature software, video conferencing software, learning management systems etc. into your ATS. The easiest answer here is don't! When you select an ATS use it is an opportunity to cut back on all the "bloat" that you have cluttering up your process. I would suggest making a list of all your tools and deciding what at the "must-haves" then talk to your ATS provider and if they don't supply the functions as part of their system then ask who they partner with and transfer your details to these companies as you know the integration will then be seamless and you will save yourself countless headaches!
