I've found that the best approach with UX Design/Engineering is to work with the front end team on a regular basis, touch base with them over new ideas and components, give them a heads up on what you're thinking, so they can plan for it, or add input. Totalmente de acuerdo con Dani Solana. Y no solo conversar, hay que crear sinergias y poder trabajar juntos. La solución no va a ser solo visual, la base siempre será código y, todo debe de estar alineado: interacción, performance, accesibilidad… todo se verá afectado si no trabajamos juntos.

En la comunicación de UX y front-end diría que el esfuerzo debería ser un poco mayor por parte de la persona de UX. La razón es porque debemos darles un contexto que el profesional de UX o Researcher lleva tiempo definiendo pero el front-end es raro que lo conozca. Y también, en mi opinión, es muy enriquecedor que la persona de ux o research incluso sepan un poco o lo suficiente al menos de lenguajes de programación front-end para tener ese terreno de lenguaje común donde ambas personas se van a sentir agusto trabajando juntas.
