Creo que como en todos los sectores para hacer networking se tienen que tener habilidades. Si no tenemos empatía, carisma, tranquilidad ni perseveración, ni escucha activa. Es decir, si no somos buenos comunicadores lo tenemos complicado. En mi opinión nuestro público objetivo son políticos, los contadores de historias, talleristas, educadores, y maestros con los que realizamos actividades de formación. Estos perfiles los tenemos en las redes sociales pero también en la calle. Otro público con el que nos interesa a nivel laboral y personal son los sindicatos para defender nuestros derechos como trabajadores y que los servicios que ofrecemos estén bien cubiertos.
