Some ways to network internally are: 1) get on projects where you get exposure to decision-makers, 2)attend or volunteer for events that may give you exposure, 3) share your ideas, thoughts on strategy, ways you’ve helped your company or previous companies etc every chance you get amongst decision-makers (don’t assume they know or remember your background if they interviewed you), and 4)most importantly, find a mentor who can help guide your career within the company.
