A company creates a bad brand expierence from the start if they make me buy something I don't need. An end mom and pop buissness owner doesn't want to sign three contracts. I guarenntee your sales team doesn't want to sell and track three contracts. I can say first hand your Customer Service Team needs these bundles and options to be clearly definded to reduce their employee experience. I think companies need to indenify a bundle with their business partners to create those incentives on the back end, so on the front end I as the user do not have to deal with the confusion on the front end.

Brands that don't treat engagement as something the company personally needs to track are asking too much of their end user. Customers are than required to both be your customer and do the work for them of telling you how I feel about the product. It should be the other way around, use company collected data to give me a better experience. I don't want a survey link that I'm never going to fill out. Companies in my opinion can engage better consumers by engaging your highest users in new ways that make less engaged users want to get more involved in your brand.
