Actually, I agree that having the right tool will enhance drastically efficiency. Whilst we are fine tuning the efficiency in managing our data, the main focus must be in the quality of data.

Le bon outil n'est pas forcément le meilleur, mais plut?t celui qui est régulièrement utilisé. Pour cela une animation régulière, et si possible dynamique et originale, est obligatoire. Elle permet de donner de l'information, d'apporter un dynamisme et un partage basé sur un groupe de personnes qui seront ensuite prescriptrices dans leur organisation/direction.
