Keep in mind that a significant benefit of diversity is incorporating different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences into your products and services to better communicate to and address the needs of your target market. Very well covered Poonam. In addition to this I truly believe if Leaders are genuinely focused towards people growth than no matter what, it will start reflecting in the culture automatically. Belief is the key here. Trust your people and in return people will do everything to reciprocate. Positive culture is just not a way of working, it’s actually a ray of living.

Often, we measure diversity through visible markers. Yet, an equally vital but less-discussed facet is 'intellectual diversity.' Imagine a team that's demographically diverse but ideologically monolithic. Not much of a palette, is it? It’s high time we start valuing, and measuring, the frequency of 'authentic dialogues' within our teams. Are contrarian viewpoints welcomed or merely tolerated? More crucially, do these viewpoints catalyze meaningful changes?
