Se recomienda hacer un monitoreo periódico del avance y cumplimiento de estas actividades, yo he utilizado un semáforo de colores para indicar con un color las actividades rezagadas, en las cuales se deben poner atención prioritaria, con otro color identifico las actividades que se encuentran dentro del plazo y finalmente con un color distinto las actividades que aún no inician. Para este seguimiento siempre es importante apoyarse de una herramienta informática, por ejemplo, MS Project.
