It’s important to clearly define the goals you have for your payment solution as it differs based on the business. Some are established payment solutions that want to have a greater market share in their geographical region, others are upstarts seeking market differentiation (like providing intuitive payments). When goals have been established and clearly defined, you can leverage technology that can measure the impact of UX work on those key metrics. I always advise clients to have at most a handful of metrics to avoid confusion and lack of focus. Deep focus on the most impactful metrics is the key to growth!
