Stakeholders are the people who have a direct or indirect interest in your product, such as customers, users, sponsors, executives, team members, and external partners. As a product manager, you need to understand and manage the expectations, needs, and feedback of your stakeholders to deliver a successful product. However, not all stakeholders have the same level of influence and power over your product decisions and outcomes.
