The tips, that worked best for me, were the following: Reduce your to-do list to one list. Use a single to-do list and a single calendar to manage what you need to do. You can flag an email to make it appear on your todo list. Review your calendar and tasks regularly. Many companies use the microsoft palette, yet I feel most people are not working efficiently with it. Learn to use and apply the tools you have already got efficiently and time management for projects in the future becomes easier.

Another thing to consider is project management software with Gantt charting. Many options are available, but those that focus on collaboration and task tracking are particularly useful in staying on top of deadlines that are further in the future as you can break the task down into smaller parts with specific milestones for each of the project's phases. These platforms also allow for client visibility into project status and you can even assign tasks to the client if they have specific deliverables that your project is dependent on!

You can assign timelines and set deadline for each of the tasks Avoid multitasking which can lead to stress and reduced productivity Put tasks that are closely related together, so that they could easily be executed. Take up the herculean tasks in the morning, when your performance is at optimal level. No when to stop when it is done than wasting precious time trying to achieve perfection. Only fix essential meetings with clear goals and avoid wasting time on aimless discussion. Reject the urge to take up extra task from different client that can become a burden. Take up each task one by one and avoid lumping everything together. Physical training and exercise should be in the routine, as this is critical to overall well-being.
