Best is to adapt to the new lighting conditions, change the concept and make the most of it under the new light. Doing so, you are not only extending the creative range, but make the most of the actual landscape. i.e changing from a sunny perspective landscape and angles to a lighting storm landscape.

To cope with the changing weather and lighting conditions, you need to adjust your camera settings and filters accordingly. You may need to change your aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, and focus to achieve the correct exposure and sharpness. A Circular Polariser filter can add considerable drama to your image, when the weather suddenly turns to be bad, by increasing the sky contrast. Bad weather is not necessarily bad weather for photography.

Try also to shoot with higher ISO even during the day, even it creates noise. Noise could be something very rewarding in photography, if speculated and used it wisely.
