Well managed and timely milestone reviews required collaboration between customers and suppliers of these resources. Project Management Office function was deployed across the whole plan and responsible for easing resource constraints and driving timeline clashes out of the plan. They had to report the quality of planning at aircraft major milestone reviews - for example lack of agreement, or remaining clashes.
