How can you manage influencer communication like a pro?

Identify Relevant Influencers: Research and identify influencers whose audience aligns with your brand or campaign objectives. Establish Clear Objectives: Define your goals for the influencer collaboration, whether it's brand awareness, product promotion, or engagement. Personalized Outreach: Craft personalized messages when reaching out to influencers, highlighting how their content aligns with your brand and why you'd like to collaborate. Negotiate Terms: Clearly outline terms, expectations, compensation, and deliverables in a formal agreement or contract.

For example, start with making bubbles of what your customers use your product for or when and ask yourself what else those customers are searching for on TikTok! If u chose the right influencer but they r very hard to work with-unprofessional behavior, not taking deadlines seriously, r very rigid in doing the smallest changes, and r only reachable via managers might ruin the game. I prefer influencers who are rooted & still hungry to grow their personal brand, who still cares for their followers & give out genuine content, & who care for the brands they endorse beyond the paycheck

Make sure you're also supporting your influencer's business by supporting their content! Use brand and sometimes personal accounts to leave supportive comments, story replies, etc. so they know you're also invested in them personally.

Transparency and trust is crucial with the influencer and the brand with data. Ask the influencer for their impressions, or other social media metrics before a campaign. Seeing this data will help you to know if that campaign is right for that influencer. If you decide to move forward with the collaboration, ask for stats for a similar post to narrow down what successful contributions they can offer to tailor your campaign. At least 3 days after the campaign, look at the data from the recent campaign with the influencer. Discuss what you liked and what can be improved for the next collaboration. Having these transparent conversations also allows the influencer to build trust with you and creates possible future collaborations together.
