Being in an R&D team consisting of members of age between 23 and 55 years, I always feel privileged how the amalgamation of exuberance of youth and patience of the experience lead to the best decisions.

Brainstorming ideas, as well as free and honest feedback and divergent views can be sought and screened using lot of new technology tools. Last but not the least, it is imperative to provide space and psychological safety to all the members irrespective of their age and experience levels.
