If any discrepancies then recall the correct PI and confirm the revised PI after checking. 2.) if the purchase order and PI is correct but still you received extra goods / wrong goods then you can discuss the following options ; * Return extra /wrong goods at supplier cost ( depending on the agreements with clients ) * if it's duty-free goods then pay duty and claim full cost from the supplier after negotiations ( ex: if it's beauty items then use those products as staff gifts based on sales achievements on a particular brand as an example). 3.) Inform discrepancies to your vendors as soon as possible and agree on action plans same time.
