(1)Define the social contract involving all the members of the cross functional team (2)define RACI for cross functional team members and for the stake holders involved (3)have a daily stand up to get the alignment and clarity on what's done and what's being done (4) devise a simple collaborative kanban board - just to track done /doing/to do and encourage team members to progress their respective work items on the tool (5) deliberate on the RAID (risks ,assumptions ,issues and dependencies) every week and plot the issues bulls eye on a white board collaborative tool . (6) Trust / openness /empathy and transparent communication would help better coordination and make teams self organized in meeting deadlines.
