And the tip on this topic is to focus on the solution and not in the one that is guilty. There is no point trying to find who is wrong or simply shifting the blame from one side to the other or waiting for someone to take action. Be the one to lead these situations and focus on the solution and action. Working with the solution will make you reach your goal much faster, improve your relationship with the team and consequently bring greater confidence in your work and deliveries.
