Often times, CSCs are not professional recruiters. They have other professional responsibilities and are asked to participate in the process for various reasons. Ensure that each member goes through unconscious bias (UB) education so that they realize how UB can infiltrate well intended hiring practices - and further understand how to mitigate any negative impacts of UB in the process.
