If both metrics are achieved, I garantee that 100% of the stakeholders will be pleased. And more: - Those who only aim for the exit, fail to deliver and forge a true company and, therefore, are less likely to achieve the dreamed goal. Last sip: - The process should remain restrict to a very narrow group of key essential individuals, and that is it. This is NOT for sharing.
