How can you make user behavior validation and evaluation cost-effective?

I agree that low-fidelity prototypes saves time and cost. But to evaluate user behavior validation, this is not the good way to do. Low-fidelity prototypes will not give you the exact feedback which you are expecting. Because LoFi prototypes is not visually attractive and interactive. So users will not be able to share their feedback in proper way. Specially if you have complex design then this is not a good way. There are multiple AI based solution available which will generate instant LoFi prototype with few interactions. I think that would be the good way to do that.

Designers have in most cases well developed imagination, to see how ideas might look like when they are proposed. However this is not the case for Engineering and Product. So, presenting those ideas in lo-fi designs/prototypes, even proposed by Product and Engineering, helps the trio evaluate their pros and cons much faster and proceed further. It is helpful whenever the direction is unclear or there is a discussion of multiple ideas that starts to unravel and waste precious time in the design process. As any other method in design, it is applied only when necessary.
