Es muss einfach jede Zahl des Reports einfach nachzuvollziehen sein. Es hilft ja nicht wenn ich mir irgendwelche Zahlen ausdenke, sie müssen auf einer Berechnungsgrundlage beruhen, die nachvollziehbar ist. Dann kann bei Rückfragen von Investoren, Stakeholdern oder GF einfach reagieren. Dafür brauche ich jedoch einen dynamischen in sich schlüssigen Finanzplan, den ich in der Realit?t oft vergeblich suche…
