Least privilege for IT staff in small organisation can be difficult to achieve. Gone are the days of having a Domain Admin privilege on your account. I recommend that all IT staff should have two accounts a Standard user and Admin user with domain or computer admin privileges This limits exposure. Also require mfa on all admin logins. Geolock accounts.
