Creo que además de estos hallazgos uno que me viene bien a mi es la observación desde la parte física (corporal), mantener en observación como está mi postura, reducir la fatiga ocular y la tensión en el cuello ajustando el brillo y el modo obscuro , manteniendo una buena postura haciendo pausas y cambios en la forma en la que me siento, por ejemplo observando mi respiración. Creo que ayuda mucho el conocer tu cuerpo y observarlo. Esto me da conciencia de como lo utilizo para mantener una actitud positiva en el uso de los aparatos móviles
