Is it a standard ship's A/C, passenger ship A/C, Accommodation barge floating hotel, big building accommodation, store house, etc. etc.. as there are many specific differencies in the operation and maintenannce of these systems. Anyhow lets focus on the common issues and preventive maintenance. 1. On you daily log check if all parameters are within the permisible range. Most important - suction and delivery pressure of the compressor air temperature after the AHU

One most important thing is Analog data error. You should calibrate your all parameters equipment. The actual and appearing values should not have values difference. Parameters gauges can give false values which definitely drives towards wrong works and tasks.

Keep log of temperature and pressures. Pressure test system on regular basis. Do not overcharge or undercharge the system. Fan belts should be checked regularly for better energy effieciency
