How can you learn from other conference organizers or experts who have experience and knowledge in this field? Here are some tips to help you find and benefit from their insights.
One of the easiest ways to learn from others is to follow the best practices and guidelines that have been developed and shared by various organizations and experts. Inclusion is empowered by warm attention. Habits that used to be common such as saying hello to each other, eye contact and a friendly smile. Show other people that you care. Take some time to create a good atmosphere with plants or flowers, a nice coloured tablecloth or a beautiful piece of art. Take others into account and respect their norms and values. Ask people what they need to feel comfortable. Be aware of your judgements and prejudices before they decide what you do or say.

For example, you can look for online events that are hosted by professional associations, academic institutions, or consulting firms that specialize in this field.
