Maintain a regular cadence of updates on progress made towards goals and objectives. This not only keeps the team informed but also reinforces the sense of direction and purpose. Effective leadership involves a continuous commitment to clear and empathetic comms ; This not only mitigates uncertainties but also strengthens the bond between the leadership and the team, promoting trust and collaboration in navigating challenges together.

When dealing with uncertainty your team deserves the right to a fair process even if your strategy to navigate through uncertainty would have a 100% success rate.
