Organising training sessions, webinars, certifications, off sites are just few ways to nurture individuals to make them deliver the best value to the organisation. It’s important to give them access to Linkedin Learnings/Udemy/Coursera to enable them to watch content in a self paced manner.

Staying on top of the latest content trends is key to stay ahead. Few things we did that helped: 1. Track roulette Each wk, 2 team mates present a 5 min update on a specific topic. A competitor's new campaign, the trending/ viral social media chaos or the latest movie/ series 2. Paper chase Subscriptions to quality newsletters, industry studies, magazines like Wired, etc. Scheduling discussions over lunch on these once a week 3. Conferences, workshops Sponsoring employee participation and learning through courses to upskill and ensuring they share their knowledge and resources. Overall, fostering a learning culture. But if you're not having fun, you're doing it wrong.

One of my favorite ways to spend an afternoon is learning how to use a new tool. Nearly everything has a free trial these days, so there's never been less risk to trying out new tech. 9/10 it's not going to end up being a tool I use long term in my business, but that 1/10 chance that it will be a game changer makes it worth it for me to spend the time. I've also found being an early adopter of new tools keeps me and my team on the cutting edge. This gives us an advantage in the market over businesses that aren't consistently innovating and adapting.
