Developers are the people who are expected to update the ALM(Agile Lifecycle Management) tool like JIRA, Azure boards, Asana etc. However, as they lack skills to use it they end up not updating it on real-time basis, resulting to non-transparent boards.

Something that is a part of a PB today may move out tomorrow. Detailing must be done only when the Product Owner is more or less certain about the priority and order of the PBIs.
