But we often forget that to improve customer satisfaction, we must be experts with our product/service. In other words, we need to keep abreast of any change in our product and anticipate questions from customers. We are there to respond to customer problems and provide solutions. We should be able to answer questions that allow us to differentiate our product/service from the competitors'. To conclude, educating yourselves and your team on your product/service and how it responds to customer needs is essential.
