Some excellent newsletters are TLDR (which also has an AI version) and Ben Bites. In general, I recommend being very critical about newsletters and read only a few. They make you feel productive, but you are not accomplishing much while reading. Read only enough to get the information you need.

Learning new knowledge of a relevant field could also be benefical. It will give you a different perspective to solve a same problem. Few years ago, no one would imagine that we could apply Transformers for image domaine and now they are usually on the top of every benchmarks.

Keep researching and never stop. I like to think a master is someone who understands that the learning process never ends. Sign up to (useful) newsletters that don't take too much time to read, and aim to distill all the information you receive into key points (using AI) before consuming the content as a whole. Happy to provide my operational workflows on anyone who's interested.

I usually think of some usecase, look up for some relevant model from huggingface and check about it on youtube. I try to run them locally and see if there are ways to finetune them.
